Anti-ageing medicine in Monaco

Measuring time, to slow it down.

Anti-ageing medicine analyses the factors that accelerate your ageing, then corrects them. The check-up shows whether your biological age matches your chronological age; it leads to a programme designed for you, followed up over time.

Comprehensive health assessment

Does your biological age match your birth certificate?

As part of the preventive diagnosis, we analyse many biochemical, inflammatory and tumour markers, with particular attention to hormone tests: cortisol, melatonin, sex hormones and neurotransmitters.

The earlier we take care of ourselves, the more effectively we slow down the ageing of the whole body.

  • Predictive

Anticipating, in a healthy person, the risks that may arise.

  • Preventive

Correcting small deficiencies early, before they set in.

  • Personalised

A programme based on your results, and on you alone.

  • Participative

You take an active part in your programme, advised by your doctor.

The anti-ageing consultation

A thorough investigation, in three stages.

Carried out by doctors qualified in anti-ageing medicine, it differs from a standard consultation: it explores every factor in your life that may accelerate ageing.

  1. First consultation

Your health, environment, hormonal balance, sleep, digestion, stress, physical activity and family history. The doctor then prescribes a first risk-factor check-up.

  2. Reading the results

Based on biological tests, imaging and a thorough clinical examination, the doctor proposes a personalised programme: correcting deficiencies, controlling excesses, preventing.

  3. Your programme

You put it into practice actively, supported by your doctor, who adjusts it at each follow-up.

Seven perspectives on your health.

Oxidative stress

How does your body respond to stress and inflammation?

The test measures the balance between free radicals and antioxidants. When this balance is disrupted over time, cells are damaged: this is oxidative stress, a basic preventive test in anti-ageing medicine.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between biological and chronological age?

Chronological age is the one on your birth certificate. Biological age reflects the actual state of your body, assessed through markers such as telomere length, oxidative stress or hormonal balance. The anti-ageing check-up compares the two.

How many consultations are needed?

At least two: a first to review your situation and prescribe tests, a second to analyse the results and define your programme. Regular follow-ups then allow the programme to be adjusted.

Do I need to be ill to see an anti-ageing doctor?

No. Anti-ageing medicine is mainly for healthy people who want to anticipate risks and slow down ageing, at any adult age.

Which tests are carried out?

Depending on your situation: blood tests, saliva and urine hormone tests, oxidative stress, telomeres, fatty acids, food intolerances, neurotransmitters, genetic and epigenetic analyses. The doctor chooses the relevant tests at the first consultation.
